How do you subscribe to Country French Magazine

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this magazine. I have the last three issues and cannot find the 2010 Spring/Summer issue any where! I did not want to wait too long as the issue may go off the shelf.
Can you subscribe to the Magazine? Is there an address to write to, or phone number to call? If not where can I purchase it? I also read you can purchase past issues, if that is so where can I purchase them? I hope someone can answer my questions.
