Rachael's Bedroom Makeover

My daughter wanted blue walls. We purchased a comforter that she loved and matched the lightest blue polka dot to a paint chip. Then we chose brown curtains that go with the brown polka dots in the comforter. My husband built a loft bed out of pine which allows for lots of storage under it. We hung a curtain rod under the bed at the front so the space doubles as a closet! When the curtain is pulled it disguises the shoes and clothes behind it. We painted an old chest we found at a garage sale and built around it. Now she has no excuse not to keep things tidy! Click here to read or post comments.
