The Secrets to Home Decorating

Most home decorating books are a waste of money. Some give you lavish pictures with little content and your left wondering who this was written for. The Trumps, maybe? The rest of the books are filled with what I call “duh” tips. These are the decorating tips you could have thought of yourself, half asleep while watching t.v. This book is a refreshing change of pace!

Secrets to Home Decorating Success is made up of 4 e-book downloads. I’ve outlined them as follows. Click Here!

The Secrets to Home Decorating Success -172 pages

I was really impressed by this publication. It is really well rounded, covering just about every area involving home decorating that you could possibly want to know about. It has an especially good section on decorating styles, what they are and how to create each one including styles like “Safari Style” that you may never have thought of before. It even covers the topics of bachelor decorating and apartment decorating. Although it doesn’t give you step by step instructions on how to create certain projects that it suggests, a self starter can easily find out “how” once the idea is planted. As I was reading The Secrets to Home Decorating Success, I kept thinking, Oh that’s a great idea! I’m going to find out how to do that!

Decorating Tips From the Experts is -17 pages

Althought it isn’t really detailed like I was expecting it gives some good ideas that are quick. In this day and age, you’ve gotta love a fast and easy idea that was staring you right in the face all along, but you were just too busy to see! It’s made up of decorating tips written by professional interior designers. This section also provides some good advice on decorating a child’s bedroom in the price range of $200 to $2000.

Master Question and Answer Guide-37 pages

This guide is made up of lots of common questions you may want to ask an interior designer. The questions are very specific such as “What color schemes are best for ½ bath powder rooms? The section about choosing and color coordinating is particularly thorough. This is good because so many people are afraid of taking that first leap of paint! You know what I mean, right? Again, it’s not a how to manual. Imagine you are at a taping of a home interior design show. There is one designer on stage and he/she announces that the whole show will be questions and answers. Just think of the variety of people and contemplate the questions that might be asked. That’s exactly like what this question and answer guide is like. Some questions and answers will not interest you in the least and some will be right on the money.

The Insiders Guide- 8 pages

There are a total of 121 quick tips relating to purchasing and arranging furniture, choosing paint color combinations and window treatment tips. This is a quick read and some of the tips are rather obvious. However, some are not so obvious and are important suggestions.

Chances are when you walk into a beautifully decorated home, it didn’t just magically happen. It took lots of reading, observing careful planning and the secrets to home decorating . You’re no different than that person with the gorgeous foyer. You just need to get the know how. You can make it happen too!
